    Do unused handyman hours roll over? Yes. Starter/Core roll 1 quarter; Pro/Aurora roll 2 quarters.

    What payment methods do you accept? All major cards via Squarespace (Path A) or QuickBooks Payments (Path B).

    Can I pause or cancel? Yes. Monthly plans can pause once per year for up to 60 days. Annual plans can pause between cycles. See terms.

  • What’s included in a standard clean? Kitchen/bath sanitizing, dusting, floors, trash, high-touch points. Deep cleans add inside appliances, baseboards, grout detail, and more.

    Do you bring supplies? Yes—eco-forward products and gear. Let us know allergies/preferences in your portal.

    Do you do exterior work? Yes—power washing, window exterior, entryway sweep, and seasonal checks.


  • Can I request the same technician? Yes, we prioritize continuity for Core+.

    What’s your arrival window? Typically 2 hours, with text alerts when en route.

  • Are technicians background-checked and insured? Absolutely. We’re bonded and insured; all technicians are background-checked.

    How do you handle pets? We love pets. Please secure them in a room or crate during service.


  • How do points work? Earn points for renewals, visits, reviews, and referrals. Redeem for add-ons and discounts.

    What are badges? Milestones like First Flight, Right on Time, Hive Helper, and Shining Review.
